SERVICES INFO AND PRICING

Re-Parenting Self Coach

Re-parenting Self coach Ages 21+

💰 £55 Per Session

Format: Weekly one-to-one sessions

What it is: Self-Reparenting Coaching is a structured, one-to-one support programme grounded in Social Learning Theory, attachment-informed practice, CBT-informed approaches, and evidence-based parenting principles adapted for adult self-development. Across weekly sessions, individuals are supported to understand behaviour patterns and learn how to interrupt unhelpful cycles by developing emotional regulation, structure, motivation, and self-confidence. The approach applies core parenting principles,  such as emotional coaching, structure, consistency, and boundaries, by inwardly, supporting individuals to become more regulated, confident, and self-directed.

Each session introduces clear, evidence-based tools that can be practised between sessions, with space for reflection and adaptation to the individual’s needs.

Who it’s for: This service is for adults aged 21 and over experiencing mild to moderate behavioural or emotional difficulties, including challenges with emotional regulation, routine and structure, motivation, confidence, or unhelpful behaviour patterns. It is not suitable for individuals presenting with risk or requiring crisis or specialist mental health support. Sessions are practical and skills-based, with individuals actively guided to apply evidence-based tools to work towards their goals.

Impact: Individuals are supported to develop greater emotional awareness and regulation, increased consistency and structure in daily life, improved confidence and self-trust, and reduced reactivity to stress or challenges. Over time, this can support more intentional behaviour, healthier coping strategies, and a stronger sense of internal stability and self-leadership.

Family 1 Testimony

"Working with Zandile was extremely valuable for us as parents. She helped us develop a much clearer understanding of ADHD and, importantly, reassured us that many of the approaches we were already using were appropriate for our child.
Discussing practical strategies and Zandile observing our interaction directly with our child was invaluable. Her professionalism, commitment, and proactive liaison with other professionals gave us confidence and made us feel well supported."

Our Values & Ethos

At ONZ P.A.T.H (Parenting At The Heart), we believe that meaningful change begins within the home.
Our work is grounded in three core principles — Transforming Empowering and Nurturing,  — which guide every interaction with the individual, parents, families, and communities we serve.

At ONZ P.A.T.H, we are driven by the belief that true change begins at the heart. By empowering parents and individuals, nurturing connection, and transforming lives, we create pathways of understanding, confidence, and growth. Our approach blends compassion with evidence-based practice, ensuring that every family we walk alongside experiences both emotional warmth and practical support. We stand for hope, dignity, and the power of relationships to renew lives—one family, one person and one moment at a time.

Transforming

Transformation happens when empowerment and nurture come together.
We see transformation in the renewed confidence of parents, the improved communication in families, and the ripple effects across schools and communities.
At ONZ P.A.T.H, transformation is not a destination — it’s a lived experience of healing, growth, and purpose.

Empowering

We empower parents to lead with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
Through guided self-reflection, practical tools, and therapeutic understanding, we help parents rediscover their inner strength and wisdom.
Empowerment at ONZ P.A.T.H means giving parents ownership of their journey and the confidence to create lasting positive change at home.

 Nurturing

We nurture connection — within families, communities, and ourselves.
Our approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and respect, creating safe spaces where parents feel heard, supported, and valued.
We recognise that growth is a process; every conversation, every small step, is part of a wider journey toward emotional safety and stronger family bonds.
